12 hours of complete preparation for airline interviews, Open Days and Assessment Days.
A successful airline interview is not based on a good CV alone. It requires the right preparation, a professional image, confidence and a clear understanding of the complete recruitment process.
At AST, we prepare each candidate for the complete airline recruitment process.
From the first application and a professional CV to the Open Day, Video Interview, Assessment Day and Final Interview, our goal is to ensure that every candidate knows what to expect and how to present their best professional self.
Our training is not based on memorised answers. We work with every participant individually, helping them communicate in a natural, professional way that reflects their own personality and experience.
Your CV is the first impression an airline has of you as a candidate.
Application photographs are an important part of the recruitment process for many airlines.
Professional presentation is a key element of every Cabin Crew selection process.
Recruitment procedures vary between airlines, but there are specific stages for which every candidate should be properly prepared.
During an Assessment Day, recruiters assess far more than a candidate’s answers.
They observe how you communicate, collaborate, solve problems and behave as part of a team.
For this reason, the preparation includes practical work on:
Video interviews are now used by many airlines as an initial or intermediate recruitment stage.
The final interview is usually the most important stage of the recruitment process.
Recruiters want to understand who you are, how you think, how you react in real situations and whether you are a good fit for the airline’s culture.
We do not want every candidate to give the same “correct” answer. We take the time to help each participant respond in a way that is professional, authentic and based on their own personality, experience and strengths.
Participants receive interview preparation material with questions, examples and topics commonly encountered during airline recruitment processes.
The material is used as a practical preparation tool, helping candidates understand the thinking behind each question and develop clear, personal answers.
AST support does not end with the interview.
We provide guidance for applications and recruitment documents before the selection process, as well as support with the next steps after a successful recruitment outcome.
The Interview Preparation Seminar is provided free of charge to AST graduates, as part of the ongoing professional guidance we offer to our students.
