CRM Training for Cabin Crew

Our students attend the CRM – Crew Resource Management course during their training. Through some activities, games, and drills students learn to work together, manage situations and make decisions as a team.

In essence, CRM is used by the crew to enhance flight safety by promoting teamwork in making decisions, understanding the situation and resolving it.

CRM is used from the moment the crew enters the briefing room, during the flight and until it returns to the final destination.
